Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oats
  • ¼ cup flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup date syrup
  • 3 Large Medjool Dates, pitted and chopped

Directions:
