Ingredients:
- 500 gm Medjool Dates
- 4 tbsp Peanut Butter
- Roasted Peanuts
- Melted Chocolate
Directions:
- Process dates in a food processor for a few minutes until smooth.
- Line a tin loaf pan with parchment paper. Spread the dates over the bottom of the pan and press using the back of a metal spoon.
- Spread the peanut butter over the dates and smooth it out.
- Add the roasted peanuts and gently press them.
- Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Once set, cut into bars and return to the freezer while you melt the chocolate.
- Dip the bars into the melted chocolate and set them aside to cool. Then serve.
