Medjool Date Snickers Bars Recipe

Indulge in these homemade Medjool Date Snickers Bars, made with Linah Farms' Gazelle Medjool Dates. With a smooth date layer, creamy peanut butter, crunchy roasted peanuts, and a rich chocolate coating, these bars are a healthier twist on the classic Snickers. They’re the perfect treat for when you're craving something sweet, but also want a natural energy boost from Medjool dates!

Ingredients:

  • 500 gm Medjool Dates
  • 4 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • Roasted Peanuts
  • Melted Chocolate

Directions:

  1. Process dates in a food processor for a few minutes until smooth.
  2. Line a tin loaf pan with parchment paper. Spread the dates over the bottom of the pan and press using the back of a metal spoon.
  3. Spread the peanut butter over the dates and smooth it out.
  4. Add the roasted peanuts and gently press them.
  5. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
  6. Once set, cut into bars and return to the freezer while you melt the chocolate.
  7. Dip the bars into the melted chocolate and set them aside to cool. Then serve.
    Store in the fridge.
