I received a box of dates filled with insects, making the dates inedible. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they refused my request and instead sent me another box. Unfortunately, I still find the dates inedible. In my experience, Lina Farms dates are the worst I've ever tasted.

Saqai Dates

I tried reaching you ever since I received the package but to no avail. I sent email and wrote a comment on your facebook post asking for someone to contact me also with no response.

The date I received unfortunately has nothing to do with saqai. Saqai date looks different. This one is more like normal Egyptian dates.
