Your dates are great!

We've been ennjoying your dates a lot, they're all very delicious. Thank you!
However, e.g. in Carrefour the prices of the same products are lower than in your online shop, and this in spite of you indicating a Ramadan offer! So, your discount prices are higher than elsewhere, I was sad to find out this too late.

Hello, sometimes stores create exceptional sales from their side (they may even lose money on some items). They can do this because they sell items from thousands of items and multiple vendors so while they lose money on X, they make money on Y. For the most part, our online store has better or equal prices to most stores (with more selection), however we can't control when stores have these extra offers from their side. Our best advice is to shop around online. Hope that helps!

The dates are delicious, Iwish i can order everything, but the shipping was horrible, took 10 days to deliver my order, also some of the pakes were damaged and exposed 😢 but i still liked tour dates especially the gazelle
